摘要
以原产地四川省的姜黄药材为原料,研究了姜黄色素的提取工艺。结果表明,姜黄色素的最佳提取工艺条件为:体积分数为50%的乙醇,提取温度60℃,提取时间2.5h,pH值4.0,料液比1∶10,色素沉淀时的pH值为7.3。运用该方法提取色素产率高、色质好,姜黄色素的得率为5.78%。
The extracting technology of curcumin from turmeric herbs is studied in this paper.The optimal extraction conditions are that 50%ethanol as extraction solvent,temperature 60℃,extraction time 2.5 h,pH value of 4.0,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10, pigment deposition on the best pH value of 7.3.The extraction rate is 5.78%respectively with this extraction technology.
