摘要
根据现阶段职业学校教学的时代背景,提出了分层次教学的必要性;针对目前职业学校食品专业学生对食品化学知识理解力较差现状,阐述了食品专业食品化学课程分层次教学的实施步骤;并通过分层次教学的实践体会,强调了分层次教学的优越性和应注意的几个问题。
According to the current vocational school education background,this paper puts forward the necessity of mulit-level teaching.Because of the vocational school students'poor knowledge of food chemistry about comprehension,implementation steps of mulit-level teaching of food chemistry are expounded.And through mulit-level teaching of practical experience,the mulit-level teaching advantages are emphasized and some problems should be paid attention.
