摘要 目的:建立防感喷雾剂中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,选用AgilentC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(24∶76);检测波长277nm;流速1.0mL/min;进样量10μL;柱温30℃。结果:连翘苷在0.208~0.728mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=619397X-75609(r=0.99995,n=6),平均加样回收率为100.18%,RSD为1.53%。结论:本法简便快捷、灵敏,结果准确,可用于防感喷雾剂中连翘苷的质量控制。 Objective:To develop a method for determination of forsythin in Fanggan Spray. Methods:High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was used. The separation was performed on an Agilent Cl8 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (24∶76). The detection wavelength was 277 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the injection volume was 10 μL and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results:The forsythin had a good linear relation within the range of 0.208~0.728 mg/mL (r=0.9999,n=6). The average recovery was 100.18% and RSD was 1.53%. Conclusions:This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and can be used as a method of quality control for forsythin in Fanggan Spray.
