摘要
用催化剂装量为1g 的固定床流动反应器研究了 ZSM-5沸石催化剂的改性方法,和它对催化剂的乙苯-乙烯烷基化反应选择性的影响。ZSM-5沸石催化剂经水热处理和水煮改性后,其烷基化选择性可从原来的60%左右提高到80%左右。如将水热处理和离子改性同时使用,则可将 ZSM-5沸石催化剂烷基化时的对二乙苯选择性提高到95~97%,而且稳定性也显著地提高。本文对不同改性方法的作用进行了讨论。
Various modification methods for ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst and their effectson shape selectivity for ethylbenzene-ethylene alkylation were studied by meansof a fix-bed flow reactor with a catalyst load of 1g.After steam treatmentand water digestion,the alkylation selectivity of ZSM-5 catalyst was increasedfrom about 60% to 80%.If both steam treatment and ion medification wereused,the paraposition selectivity of alkylation on ZSM-5 catalyst reached ahigh value of 95~97%,and its stability was greatly increased as well.Therole of different modification methods was also discussed.
