近代旧式民间金融机构如典当、钱庄、票号均采用独资或合资的资本筹集法,所有权和经营权分离的资本运作法,经理负责制和学徒制的用人制度、重人伦轻个人的管理和层次分明的职工待遇,或依靠本国封建势力或依靠洋行势力的畸形发展模式,这些组织制度都带有儒家文化的伦理观念、血缘观念、地缘观念等传统文化的色彩。

Ancient folk financial institutes such as Pawnbroking, Private bank and Exchange shop were exclusive or jointed ventures. They seperated owership from managerial authority, adopted the employing system of managers in charge and training trainees, took the management of valuing human relations and underrating individual rights, used the different treatment of works and staff members, selected the development model depending on internal feudal forces or foreign capitalist forces. There were strong traditions including the ideas of feudal order, blood relations, local relations and so on in old folk financial institutes.
