At present college graduates are facing fierce competition job market.In addition to the objective factors such as social environment and higher education reform,college students＇ bias in ideology is still the major problem.The problems in ideology involve careful and patient guiding.Therefore,we must realize the essential position of ideological education in college students＇ career counseling,make full use of it in order to help the graduates get employed successfully.
