摘要
通过问卷调查,比较不同背景变量和环境变量下小学班主任班级管理专业知能差异情形,结果表明,小学班主任班级管理专业知能一般,学校规模对班主任的整体班级管理知能存在显著影响,性别、年龄、学历对班主任的整体班级管理专业知能不存在显著影响,但是在其具体各层面存在显著影响。
Through a questionnaire testing the professional knowledge and ability of the class management of class supervisors in primary schools,it is found that their professional knowledge and ability is mediocre and the scale of school has great impact on their professional knowledge and ability.The results show that their gender,age and education don't have notable influence on it but in their specific level there exists striking influence.
