摘要
介绍了一起绝缘子和一起变压器低压侧绝缘铜管母红外测温异常故障的处理,通过对红外测温异常点进行电晕放电紫外检测和分析,得到红外测温异常分别是由于绝缘子均压环与绝缘子距离偏小和感应电在外绝缘表面形成的感应电流所造成的,并根据分析结果对故障点进行了处理,避免了两起可能发生的重大电网事故,处理后紫外检测结果验证了分析的正确性和紫外检测技术的实用性。
This paper introduced the treatment of an abnormity insulator and copper-tube bus of transformer detected by the infrared detector.And in order to know the cause of the faults,the authors used ultraviolet detector to monitor and analyze the abnormal on-line infrared detections based on the technology of ultraviolet detection.With the results detected by the ultraviolet detector,the abnormity of insulator was due to the small distance between the insulator and its grading ring,and the abnormity of copper-tube bus was due to the faradic current caused by the faradic electricity on the surface of copper-tube bus.So the position of grading ring was adjusted and the semi-insulated grading ring was replaced by insulated grading ring.Finally the ultraviolet detector was used to monitor the fault points again after treatment;the detections confirmed the right of the analyses and practicability of ultraviolet technology.
