摘要
兴安直流系统自2008年12月以来多次发生阀冷系统主过滤器堵塞而导致直流系统停运的故障情况。为了找出导致堵塞的原因,笔者首先对兴安直流阀冷系统做了简要介绍,其次对过滤器堵塞故障情况进行了相关分析,并对产生的垢样进行了化验,分析出了导致垢样产生的原因,同时结合工程设计所存在的不足之处提出改进建议,从根本上解决了产生堵塞的原因。并提出了针对性的预防措施,以达到避免主过滤器堵塞而导致直流系统停运的目的。提高了兴安直流的直流可靠率,保障了直流系统的安全稳定运行。
Xing-An HVDC Project occurred several times system outages caused by the filter blocking on the valve cooling system fault since December 2008.To find out the reasons leading to block,the configuration of the valve cooling system Xing-An HVDC Project was introduced and the reasons leading to scale in the valve cooling system were analyzed the Principle causes.Also recommendations for improvement based on engineering design deficiencies were made.Final settlement of the reasons was put.In order to achieve the main filter to prevent blockage caused HVDC system outage purpose,targeted preventive actions were put forward well which can improve the reliability,security and stability of the system.
