摘要 简述了现有SF6电气设备检漏技术与红外成像检漏技术的基本原理。通过详述一起SF6断路器气体泄漏的处理方法及过程,得出该仪器检测SF6气体泄漏的灵敏度高,并能准确、快速定位泄漏源,具有广泛的应用价值。 In this paper,the present technology of Sulfur Hexafluoride(SF6) leak detection and the basic principle of gas find infrared were introduced.The practical experiment has proved that the high sensitivity of the instrumentation to detect SF6 gas leakage and that is a new method to identify high leaking sources more quickly.It has an extensive application value.A gas leakage case of a SF6 circuit breaker the removal method is hence presented in this paper.
