摘要
在对550kV GIS的隔离开关进行绝缘试验时,发生放电击穿现象。经过解体检查和计算分析,认为是屏蔽头在阳极氧化时也涵盖了接触面,从而产生悬浮电位导致放电。重新投制屏蔽头,并阳极氧化时对接触面进行防护,再次进行绝缘试验,没有发生闪络。
When the dielectric test to the disconnector of 550kV GIS is performed,the discharge breakdown occures.By disassembly inspection and calculation analysis,it is considered that when the shield head is anodized,the interace is also included,thus producing the floating potential to cause discharge.Reproduce of shield head,product the interface during anodization.When the dielectric test is performed again,no flashover occurs.
