摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胃癌手术中转开腹的相关因素和时机。方法对133例腹腔镜胃癌手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨其中转开腹的原因。结果 96例顺利完成腹腔镜手术,中转开腹37例,中转开腹率27.8%,最常见的原因是周围脏器受累(28/37,75.7%)。结论在腹腔镜手术中,必须熟练掌握中转开腹的指征,才能保证手术的顺利完成。
Objective To explore related factors and timing of conversion of laparoscopic operation to open surgery for gastric cancer.Methods Clinical data of 133 cases of laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results 96 cases laparoscopic surgery were completed successfully,and 37 cases were converted to open surgery,with a conversion rate of 27.8%.The most common cause for conversion was the involvement of the peripheral organ（28/37,75.7%）.Conclusion In laparoscopic surgery,indication of conversion to open surgery must be familiar with to ensure the success of operation.
