摘要
房地产投资信托基金发展至今已有40多年的历史,其在解决房地产企业融资难题和拓宽投资者投资渠道方面发挥了重要作用,在国外的实践中获得了巨大的成功。从房地产投资信托基金的基本知识出发,通过借鉴美国实践经验,对我国发展房地产投资信托基金提出几点建议。
Having been developing for more than 40 years, REITs has enjoyed a huge success, and has been playing an important role in relieving the difficulty in financing for real estate enterprises and enriching investment channels for investors. This paper is intended to provide several suggestions for China＇s REITs based on the fundamentals of REITs and the experiences from the United States.
