摘要 工程创新是整个国家创新体系的一部分,地位十分重要。工程创新具有周期性、集成性、突破性和渐进性、普遍性和特殊性等特点。矛盾是推动工程创新的动力,矛盾为工程创新提出课题、提供经验、开辟道路。我国的工程创新能力不断提高,但与发达国家相比,仍然存在不小的差距。提高工程创新能力,必须要有创新的思维方式和方法,必须把学校培养和实践训练结合起来,走产学研合作之路,形成工程创新团队,始终瞄准工程建设第一线的重大问题进行创新。 Engineering innovation is an important part of the national innovation system. Engineering innovation has periodicity, integrity, breakthrough as well as progressiveness, and universality as well as particularity, etc. Conflict is the force to promote engineering innovation, putting forward projects, providing experience and opening path for engineering innovation. Our engineering innovation ability has been constantly improving, but compared with the developed countries, a large gap still exists. In order to further improve engineering innovation ability, we must have an innovative mode of thinking and must combine the school education with practical training, taking the way of cooperation between production, education and innovation, forming engineering innovation team, and aiming at the important issues in the forefront of engineering construction.
