摘要
目前,还未见在非钢铁材料表面制备FeS固体润滑层的报道。利用可移动网状活性屏辅助低温离子渗硫技术,在铝合金表面制备了具有固体润滑性能的渗硫层,研究了工作气压对渗硫层的影响,并通过XRD和SEM分析了渗硫层的成分、结构和形貌。结果表明:随着工作气压的逐渐增大,铝合金表面形成的活性屏离子渗硫层越厚;当工作气压为180 Pa时,铝合金表面能形成灰黑色的、均匀覆盖的、由FeS相与FeS2相组成的活性屏离子渗硫层。
Cailiao Baohu 2010,43(10),53-54(Ch).Sulphurized layers with good solid lubricating performance were prepared on the surface of Al alloy using active screen ion sulphurizing technology.The effect of working air pressure on the composition,structure and microstructure of sulphurized layers was investigated based on X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopic observation.Results indicate that the thickness of active screen ion sulphurized layer increases with increasing working air pressure.Gray black active screen ion sulphurized layer with a good coverage could be readily prepared on the surface of Al alloy under a working air pressure of 180 Pa.Resultant ion sulphurized layer consisted of FeS and FeS2 phases.
