The majority of home buyers complain as the long-term high housing price was contrary to the law of value and the housing market bubble gradually grew.Housing is an important livelihood issue.It is bound to cause problems with the national mentality and the social stability if it isn＇t well solved.This paper analyzes the causes and countermeasures of the real estate market bubble for some of the causes of and for the relevant departments＇ reference.
