摘要
以财务系统的基本内涵为起点,探讨了在当前资源整合背景下组建完成的大型煤炭企业集团所面临的财务系统优化问题。主要从治理层面和管理层面两个角度分析了煤炭企业集团财务系统优化的路径和基本模式。
Started with the basic content of a financial system,this paper reviews and discusses the optimization issue of financial systems faced by the large coal enterprise groups established upon the resource conglomerating at present.The optimization route and mode of financial systems of coal enterprise groups are analyzed in the respects of company governing and management.
