摘要
针对邯郸矿业集团云驾岭矿-150大巷受上部煤层跨采影响变形过大的问题,分析了原"U型钢+锚网喷"联合支护方式存在的不足,提出利用水泥强化剂改良水泥性能进行多层次注浆加固的方案。实践表明,在水泥中添加强化剂以后对大巷进行注浆加固,可极大地提高水泥与巷道围岩的胶结性能。
The-150 level main roadway in Yunjialing coal mine of Handan Mining Group encounters with excessive deformation due to the effects of the mining operation of the above coal seam.In studying this problem,the paper analyzes the deficiencies of the existing combined supporting method using "U-shaped Steel + bolt-mesh and shotcreting",and puts forward a proposal to use multi-level grouting reinforcement with cement strengthened with the addition of a cement reinforcement agent.This application shows that the grouting reinforcement of the main roadway by the enhanced cement with the reinforcer has greatly strengthened the bonding performance in between the cement and the surrounding rock.
