摘要
通过对HS主动抑爆防火系统的主动抑爆响应时间、喷粉抑爆时间及管道爆炸模拟试验研究,表明该系统在爆炸时的火焰锋面还处在正常燃烧速度范围内,能及时喷出抑爆介质(氮气和磷酸铵盐),扑灭火焰,抑制灾害扩大,系统反应速度快,具有较好抑爆效果。
An simulating experimental research has been undertaken on the responding time of active explosion inhibition,the explosion inhibition time by powder spraying and pipe explosion of fireproofing system based on HS active explosion inhibition technology.It is shown that the flame front of this system is still in the normal combustion speed range and this system sprays the explosion inhibition media(nitrogen gas and ammonium phosphate) in a timely manner to distinguish the flame and get the disaster under control when the explosion outbursts.This system is featured by fast response and good fire inhibition.
