This paper describes the scientific connotation of the ＂Three Ideas and Six Practices＂ and also presents an introduction to the Company＇s practice in guiding its work safety management with this concept and also the headways achieved in its work safety management as a result.That indicates the accident rate,cases of safety rule violations and occurrence of major accidents all witness drops year after year and cases of minor wound and death are eliminated in all coal mines of this Company thanks to the major improvements in work safety management.
