摘要
笔者从转变城市园林建设投入观念、城市园林绿化产业性质及作用、城市园林绿化产业型的转化、建立城市园林绿化资金等方面论述了城市园林的可持续发展的主客观要求。提出当今园林工程中不利于可持续发展因素。指出只有转变观点、以科学技术为主导,以法律为手段,才能实现城市园林的可持续发展。
From changing concept of investment in garden,the green industry character and function,changing industry form of urban garden,established green funds etc.,the subjictive and objective requirements of sustainable development of urban garden are discussed.Meanwhile,some unfavorable factors of sustainable development in landscape engineering are presented by authors.Only changing concept that science and technology-oriented,law as means to achieve the sustainable development of urban garden.
