抗菌药对马立克氏病活疫苗毒性的作用

Toxic Effects of Antimicrobal Agents on Mareks Disease Vaccines

用不同剂量的青霉素钾、硫酸链霉素、硫酸卡那霉素、硫酸庆大霉素和恩诺沙星等５种常见抗菌药加入ＨＶＴ冻干菌、ＣＶＩ９８８细胞结合苗和Ｚ４＋ＦＣ１２６双价活疫苗中，作用１ｈ后，分别取样计数，研究其对马立克氏病（ＭＤ）疫苗的毒性作用。结果表明：５种抗菌药加入ＭＤ疫苗稀释液后，ｐＨ值变化较大，ＭＤ疫苗空斑数显著减少，以至使ＭＤ疫苗失效。

Five kinds of antmicrobal agents including postassium penicillin G, streptomycin sulfate, gentamycin sulfate, kanamycin sulfate and enrofloxacin were used to detect their toxic effects on Mareks disease(MD) vaccines. Those antimicrobal agents were respectively put in the diluted MD vaccines which were HVT cellfree vaccine, CVI988 vaccine and Z4+FC126 bivalent vaccine, and antimicrobal agents doses were on two levels of the prophylactic dose and the therapeutic dose. The results of toxicologic test showed that pH values of diluted vaccines changed greatly and the quantity of the live virus of the diluted vaccines decreased significantly after the antimicrobal agents were put in the diluted MD vaccines.
