Restriction Maps and Sequence Analysis of Partial Representative Bam HI Fragments in the FPV 282E4 Strain

在中国鸡痘病毒２８２Ｅ４弱毒株基因组部分ＢａｍＨＩ片段的质粒ｐＵＢ、ｐＵＣ、ｐＵＤ、ｐＵＤ２、ｐＵＥ和ｐＵＦ酶切分析的基础上，对ｐＵＦ进行了亚克隆获得ｐＵＦ－Ｅ和ｐＫＳ－Ｘ，对最可能存在非必需区的ｐＵＥ质粒进行了序列分析，改造了含Ｐ１１Ｐ７．５－ＬａｃＺ报告基因盒，并在上述质粒的相应单一酶切位点插入Ｐ１１Ｐ７．５－ＬａｃＺ报告基因盒，构建成ｐＵＢ１、ｐＵＦＣ１、ｐＵＦＥ１、ｐＵＦ－Ｅ１和ｐＫＳＦ－Ｘ１５个重组载体质粒。体内重组等工作正在进行中。

The reporter gene box of P11P75Lac Z was constructed to insert the unique sites of B, C, E and F(FE and FX). After that, the resulting recombinant vectors of pUB1, pUFC1, pUFE1, pUFE1 and pKSFX1 were obtained. The nucleotide sequence analysis was done along with amino acid analysis of ORFs in pUE, the following work is in process.
