鳗鲡爱德华菌病的诊断和病原学研究

Pathological and Pathogenic Study on Edwardsiellosis in Eels

采用病理学技术、细菌培养技术、生化试验和药敏试验对珠海市某养殖场鳗鲡暴发病的病理特点和病原菌的特征进行了研究。在分离到的６株细菌中，４株为迟钝爱德华菌，另２株为继发感染的运动性气单胞菌。综合分析判断，该场鳗鲡暴发病为鳗鲡爱德华菌病。

The present paper describes the characters of pathological changes and pathogenic bacteria of Edwardsiellosis in eels. The main pathological changes of Edwardsiellosis in eels are necrotic hepatitis and proliferative interstitial nephritis. The bacterial isolates are Gramestaining negative, short rod shaped, (0.50.8) m(0.72.1) m, arranged singly, motile by peritrichous flagella, no capsule and spore, and facultatively anaerobic. The bacteria produce acid and gas from glucose, produce hydrogen sulfide and indole. They can utilize maltose more quickly than glucose. The catalase and lysine decarboxylase are positive, oxidase and urease are negative. Citrate and malonate can not be utilized as sole source of carbon. The colour of colony grown in RSculture is green with black spot in its center. According to these characters, the isolates are Edwardsiella tarda.
