摘要 在超声场下用直接混合法合成了聚苯胺纳米纤维。将聚苯胺纳米纤维与环氧树脂共混浸涂于304不锈钢表面,研究涂层对不锈钢的的防腐蚀效果。结果表明,在3.5%NaCl和0.5 mol/L HCl溶液中,比较本征态聚苯胺/环氧树脂涂层,掺杂态聚苯胺/环氧树脂涂层具有较好的防腐蚀效果,环氧树脂涂层对304钢也有一定的防腐蚀效果。 Polyaniline nanofibers were synthesized by direct mixing reaction in ultrasonic field. The epoxy coating mixed with 3. 0% polyaniline was spread on the surface of 304 stainless steel, and the antieorrosion property was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization curves. The results revealed that the anticorrosion property of the epoxy coating mixed with doped polyaniline was better than that of the epoxy coating mixed with undoped polyaniline in 3. 5% sodium chloride solution and 0. 5 mol/L hydrochloric acid. The epoxy coating without polyaniline also showed corrosion protection property for 304 stainless steel in sodium chloride solution and hydrochloric acid solution.
