摘要
用电沉积方法制备了不同铁含量的镍铁合金镀层,运用电化学方法测定了试样在3.5%NaCl溶液中的极化曲线,分析了镀层的耐蚀性能。结果表明,在3.5%的NaCl溶液中,铁含量为7.3%(原子分数)的镍铁合金镀层耐蚀性能略优于镍镀层;随着镀层中铁含量的增加,镀层的晶粒逐渐变大,孔隙率增加,耐蚀性能变差。
Ni-Fe alloy coatings with different Fe contents were fabricated by electroplating on LY12CZ aluminum alloy substrates. Potentiodynarnic polarization curves in 3. 5 % NaCl solution were tested to investigate the corrosion resistance of the coatings. The results showed that the Ni-Fe coating with 7. 3~ Fe had better corrosion resistance than Ni coating. With the increase of Fe content, the grain size enlarged, porosity rised, and corrosion resistance declined.
