摘要
采用电化学测试方法研究了污水回用循环水中Cl-浓度、温度、pH值、电导率及浊度对水冷器常用材质20钢极化行为的影响。结果表明,20钢在循环水中处于活性溶解状态;Cl-的存在不仅加速20钢的阳极溶解,还影响20钢的阴极行为;中性、碱性介质中20钢的腐蚀速率不大,而循环水酸度、浊度、电导率及温度的升高都将加速20钢的腐蚀。
Effects of the chloride concentration, temperature, pH, conductivity and turbidity on the corrosion behavior of 20 carbon steel were investigated by means of electrochemical testing. Experiments results showed that the 20 carbon steel had great tendency to be dissolved in the circulating water. Cl- would influence both anodic and cathodic polarization behaviors. The steel was corroded mildly in the neutral and basic media, and the corrosion rate would be accelerated with the increase of acidity, turbidity, conductivity and temperature.
