摘要
采用三价铬镀液作为基本电镀液,通过表面预镀铜的工艺增强弹簧钢刮刀表面与复合镀层的结合性能。试验研究了刮刀经复合电镀后的摩擦磨损特性,测定了硬度,观察了磨痕形貌。结果表明,铬-碳化硅复合电镀可以显著提高刮刀的耐磨性和硬度。
Taking Cr3+ solution as the base electroplating solution, the Cr3+/SiC composite coating was prepared on the scraper surface. The adhesion properties of the composite coating were improved by pre-plating Cu process. The fictional and wear properties of the composite coating were studied by microhardness testing and morphology observation of worn surface. The results showed that the wear resistance and micro hardness of the scraper were significantly improved by the composite electroplating.
