Research on the Issues and Countermeasures of the Accounting Graduates Cultivation in China——Based on the Practical Investigation of Chinese Universities

我国现行的会计专业研究生培养模式实质上是一种"本科化"的培养模式,严重影响了会计专业研究生的培养质量,因此必须重构一种创新型的会计专业研究生培养模式。

This paper analyzes the main issues of the accounting the cultivation of postgraduates in China based on the practical investigation of Chinese universities,then it draws some basic conclusions,finally it puts forward some policy suggestions and countermeasures for the accounting graduates cultivating in China in the future.
