摘要
试验于1998年在扬州大学农学院内进行,供试棉花为陆地棉(G.hirsutum)中熟品种苏棉8号。芦管与传统营养钵育苗移栽对比试验(盆栽和小区)结果指出,芦管育苗移栽棉的生进程、株高、果枝数、现蕾量和经济产量等均与对照无显著差异;但是,在棉花的生育过程中,芦管育苗移栽棉的主茎、果枝和蕾量的增长具有前(盛蕾至开花前)慢后快的特点,明显地显示出中期稳发后劲足、盛花以后蕾铃脱落少、成铃早而集中等优点。
An experiment of comparison between reedtube and traditional soilpot method in cotton seedling raising was carried out in the experimental farm of Agricultural College, Yangzhou University. The experiment showed that there were no apparent difference between two nursing techniques for the development course, plant height, boll branches, bud number and yield etc. However, some traits such as stem, boll branch and bud appearing in the reedtube were weak in earlier and strong in later in the development course. It expressed better characters such as stable in middle and strong in later stage, less boll falling after fully flowering, and early boll cumulating in relative short period. Therefore, it is of importance to the high yield cotton cultivation with reedtube technique.
