摘要
结果表明:萍乡显性不育水稻带有质核互作不育系的恢复基因,不同遗传背景的萍乡显性核不育水稻对质核互作不育系具有不同的恢保关系;萍乡显性核不育基因与质核互作不育基因是独立发生的,当质核互作不育系中细胞质和细胞核的隐性不育基因一起作用时。
The conclusions drawn in this essay reveal that: PXDGMSR has restoring gene of CMS.
PXDGMSR plants possessing various genetic vackgrounds play different roles in relationship
of the restoration and maintenance between CMS and itself “Ms-P”, the sterile gene of
PXDGMSR, is independent of the gene of CMS lines. The expression of fertility of “Ms-P”
could be concealed when the recessive sterile genes exist in the cytoplasm and in the nucleus
of CMS line.
