低温处理接入龙眼桔小实蝇杀虫试验研究 被引量:18

摘要 将桔小实蝇Bactrocera(Bactrocera)dorsalis(Hendel)(Diptera:Tephritidae)卵和各龄幼虫置于低温下测定,获得对低温忍耐力最强的2~3龄幼虫接入龙眼DimocarpuslongganLour果实中,置于1℃(±0.1℃)下,至果心温度达到此温度时,然后储藏13d,感染在龙眼果实中的2~3龄幼虫100%被杀死。 Longan, Dimocarpus longgan Lour, artificial infested with 2~3 instar larvae of oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera (Bactrocera) dorsalis (Hendel) (Diptera: Tephritidae) which were confirmed to have high resistance to the low-temperature were held at 1℃(±0.1℃) for about 13 hours. When the centre of the fruit reached the treated temperature, they were further stored for 13 days. After the cold storage, the mortality of 2~3 instar larvae of the fruit fly in longan was 100%.
