摘要
桃形李果实采后9~15d出现代谢紊乱和组织衰老。钙处理能延缓桃形李果实的成熟衰老、降低呼吸强度和推迟呼吸跃变、减少乙烯释放量、抑制过氧化物酶活性、减轻膜脂过氧化作用。ω=2%CaCl2处理的桃形李果实于采后21d出现明显的组织衰老。
The effects of 2 percent CaCl 2 on respiration rate, ethylene evolution and active oxygen metabolism of Nane Fruit after harvest were studied at room temperature. The results showed that peroxidase (POD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, respiration rate and ethylene evolution increased without calcium treatment after 9~15 days storage. The 2 percent CaCl 2 treatment delayed the fruit senescence, and the senescence metabolism occurred after 21 days storage. The SOD activity was not affected by the treatment.
