摘要
采用正交试验设计法,探讨了以山苍子油为原料,在微波辐射下,合成假性紫罗兰酮和紫罗兰酮的条件;筛选了获得假性紫罗酮和紫罗兰酮较高产率的复合催化剂。试验结果表明,采用微波促进催化合成技术,可以使柠檬醛与丙酮的醇醛缩合反应的时间缩短4~8h,产率提高12%以上。
By orthogonal design, the conditions for the synthesis of pseudoionone and ionone from Litea cubeba oil under microwave irradiation were explored. A better catalysis was selected. The experimental results showed that using microwave irradiation reduced the reacting time of the condensation citral and acetone about 4~8 hours, and increased the yield by over 12%. All there compounds were indentified by IR and GC etc.
