基于意义建构理论的企业社会责任研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文在回顾企业社会责任研究的基础上,介绍了组织理论中的意义建构理论,然后总结了从意义建构视角对企业社会责任研究的相关进展。指出意义建构理论视角是深化企业社会责任形成和行为研究的可行路径。
