摘要
八甲基环四硅氧烷与N,N-二甲基-γ-乙氨丙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N—β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷单体聚合制备了氨基硅,再与环氧聚醚反应,得到梳形氨基聚醚有机硅。用IR、^1H NMR对产物结构进行了表征,并将其应用于消泡剂的复配中。最佳复配工艺配方:不同黏度的二甲基硅油/氨基聚醚有机硅/气相白炭黑/乳化剂(Span-60、Tween-60,HLB值=9)/增稠稳定剂/去离子水(质量比)=24:4:3:4:1:64。
Comb-shaped amino silicone polyether was synthesized by epoxy polyether and amino silicon,which were synthesized by octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane with N, N-dimethyl-γ-aminopropyl-γ- aminopropyl methyl dimethoxysilane, N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxylsilane and hexamethyldisiloxane. The structures of aminosiloxane and amino silicone polyether were characterized by IR and ^1H NMR. The composite defoamer was formulated with following composition (weight basis): 24% dimethyl silicone oil of different viscosity, 4% amino silicone polyether, 3% fumed silica, 4% emulsifier (Span-60, Tween-60, HLB value = 9), 1% thickening stabilizers, and 64% deionized water.
