三黄汤、茵栀黄联合西药治疗新生儿黄疸168例临床观察

Neonatal hyperbilirabinemia clinical research of 168 cured by the traditional Chinese medicine of Three-yellow soup and Yinzhihuang and western medicine.

目的探讨中药三黄汤、茵栀黄联合西药、蓝光照射等联合治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法轻度:三黄汤加鲁米那、强的松口服治疗三天,中重度:茵栀黄加白蛋白、强的松、维生素、鲁米那、蓝光照射等。结果 31例轻度患儿给予三黄汤加鲁米那治疗后黄疸消退时间3-4天23例,5-6天8例,血清总胆红素平均6天降到正常值;137例中重症患儿,茵栀黄加白蛋白、强的松、维生素、鲁米那、蓝光照射后嗜睡、呕吐消失,二便正常,皮肤及巩膜黄染6-20天消退,血清总胆红素平均6-8天(105例)、8-10天(24例)、10-18天(8例)降到正常。结论早期发现并早期应用中药配合西药综合治疗新生儿黄疸,可以明显缩短病程并预防核黄疸发生。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine three-yellow soup yinzhihuang and western medicine.Methods：Slight cases uses three-yellow soup plus Phenobarbital and prednisone 3 days mediate and severe cases use yinzhihuang and Phenobarbital,ednisone,blue light,anti-inflammatory enzyme jnductor.Results：Of those 137 cases of mediate and severe using yinzhihuang,Phenobarbital,ednisone,bluelight,anti-inflammatory enzyme jnductor,the symptoms of lethargy and womiting disappeared,icteric of skin and sclera also disappeared,105 cases of them 5-6 days,24 cases of them 6-8 days,8 cases of them 8-18 days,their serum bilirubin come to the normal level.Conclusion：Early finding and early using of the Chinese herbal drugs plus western medicine can not only cure neonatal hyperbilirubinemia but also shorten the period the occurrence of nuclear edema.
