摘要
将美国水稻Lemont与中国籼型恢复系871028杂交,采用常规育种方法和花药培养技术,育成广亲和新恢复系成恢448。该恢复系与籼稻和粳稻测验种杂交,F1代结实率分别为85.89%和69.04%;与5种不同细胞质来源的不育系测交,F1代结实率平均为83.39%;已测交筛选出一批强优势组合,其中,汕优448和Ⅱ优448于1997年通过四川省区试,2年平均产量分别比对照增产9.07%和14.51%。讨论了利用美国稻种资源开展超高产杂交水稻育种应注意的技术问题。
A cross between American rice Lemont
and Chinese restorer Line 871028 was conducted in 1989. By using traditional breeding
methods and anther culture technology, wide compatibility restorer line Chenghui 448 was bred
from the segregation progenies. This line was crossed with indica and japonica test varieties,
mean seed setting rates of F 1 hybrids are 85.89%,69.04% respectively; with male sterile
lines originated from five kinds of different cytoplasm, the average seed setting rate of F 1
hybrids is 83.39%. Some superior combinations have been screened by testcross such as
Shanyou 448 and Ⅱ you 448, they have passed the regional trial of Sichuan Province in 1997,
their mean grain yields in two years are 9.07%,14.51% respectively higher than checks.
