摘要
随着护理工作模式的转变,整体护理模式病房的运行,对现有的护理人员提出了一个新课题,即各医院如何在现有护理人员编制缺乏的情况下,实施整体护理。本文提出了一种切实可行的管理办法:按不同的职称进行分级管理,将主管护师—护师—护士分为3个管理级别,同时提出了具体的管理办法来保证三级管理在整体护理中的最佳运作。
With the
transition of nursing mode and the operation of whole nursing mode, the nursing staffs
face a new problem, that is how to executive whole nursing under the condition of lacking
nurse staff.The author suggests that performing management in three level according to
nurses profession title and applying concrete management methods to ensure the best
operation of whole nursing.
