摘要
在实地调查基础上,从资产评估、管理方式、分配结构等方面介绍了四川省大竹县杨家区卫生院实行股份合作制的具体做法,分析了其服务提供和业务收入状况、资产增殖和收入分配情况、职工对股份合作制的认同情况。在此基础上进行了深入探讨。
An overview is performed with regard to the relevant dimensions in using joint stock partnerships to transform the Yangjia Township Hospital, a publicly owned hospital in Dazhu County of Sichuan Province: methodology and practical process of asset evaluation; how to define management targets for property value preservation and increment; the distribution principle of'to each according to one' s work' combined with drawing extra dividends according to shares'; following the principle of putting efficiency first and giving consideration to impartiality', the average increase of wages should be lower than that of productivity, with proper parts as accumulation funds; flexible, multiplex and diversified approaches to service provision and quality assurance through good cooperation with other hospitals, whether they are of public, collective, private, or mixed ownerships.
