Holistic nursing services are explored on how to: translate theoretical and practical research achievements of holistic nursing services into productivity; proceed in an orderly way and step by step, toward higher level; amplify rules and regulations for checking on staff performance and ensuring that staff conform to technical procedure and specification in full range of nursing services; develop clinical practice guidelines by interdisciplinary organizations to standardize appropriate resource use and service effectiveness measurements; form synergic effects through mutual support and cooperation among all the departments of hospital, from high perspective of the common efforts and benefits of health services.
