医院如何转换内部管理机制以适应新的形势,广东省中医医院以市场为导向的管理模式提供了很好的借鉴。介绍了其“双线六制”管理模式及其绩效并进行了简要的理论分析。
For hospitals' entry into health service market, a number of questions are studied: functioning in the environment of market competition and cooperation, and expanding potential cost benefits from two - way referral systems; what are the health priorities , considered from population - based socioeconomic, cultural, demographic, geographic, epidemiological, and health status information; how can services be optimized toward comparative advantages; are there outpatient services working effectively to prevent unnecessary inpatient services; what and how special services are provided through taping development potentials in existing priority departments; how other departments are improved or developed in accordance with present and future needs.
