Higher levels of Hospitals: Disposition of Resources

通过对53所医院的问卷调查分析,原有的医院编制规定已不能适应医院自身发展的需要,尤其是床位数已不是体现等级医院的主要特性之一。建议按医院等级修订医院编制规定,提高高等级医院的床人比例。

Exploration of disposition of all resources, i. e., human, material, academic, financial, and others has a number of dimensions: broadened, dynamic, systematic approaches to realize synergies which derive from the interdependence between those variables; adaptation to the changes that occur over time, in service location, in medical technology, modes of treatment, in preferences; while complying with common laws and regulations recommended by concerned departments to guide resources disposition, carry out optimized organization of resources in consideration of local concrete conditions; research projects toward a sounder empirical foundation, relevant statistical sophistication, and a more elaborate theoretical framework.
