杜仲叶对肉杂鸡免疫器官发育的影响 被引量:14

摘要 将272只1日龄肉杂鸡随机分为4组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ-Ⅳ组饮水中分别添加杜仲叶5.0、10.0、15.0 g/L,试验期6周。每周末各组抽样8羽称重并剖检,观察不同剂量杜仲叶对肉杂鸡免疫器官发育影响。结果表明,1-5周胸腺重及胸腺指数组间差异不显著(P>0.05),第6周高剂量组显著降低(P<0.05);第3周各剂量组脾脏重及脾指数均高于对照组,而5-6周龄试验组降低,第3周各剂量组法氏囊指数均不同程度高于对照组,而第6周组间差异不显著。提示:杜仲叶可提高生长早期肉杂鸡脾指数和法氏囊指数,对胸腺发育无显著影响。 272 one-day-old hybrid broilers were randomly divided into Ⅰ-Ⅳ groups which were administered with E.ulmolides leaves at the concentration of 0(control),5.0(low dose),10.0(moderate dose) and 15.0 g/L(high dose),respectively,in drinking water for six weeks.Eight hybrid broilers were weighed and slaughtered in all groups at each weekend to observe the effect of E.ulmoides leaves with different doses on the development of immune organs in hybrid broilers.The results showed that the thymus weight and thymus index in all groups had no differences(P 0.05) from first to fifth week,but the high dose group was decreased significantly(P 0.05) at the sixth week.At the third week,spleen weight and spleen index of different dose groups were all higher than that of the control group,while they were all decreased in the test groups from fifth to sixth week.At the third week,bursa of fabriocius index of different dose groups were all higher than that of the control group,but had no significant difference between 3 treated groups at six-week-old.Conclusion: E.ulmoides leaves could improve the indexes of both spleen and bursa of fabriocius in hybrid broilers during early growing stage,and has no obvious effect on the thymus development.
