摘要
ZZ7200/18/36型三角区掩护支架用于神东综采搬家工作面端头三角区支护。由于井下使用工况比较恶劣,为了保证人员及设备安全,采用了先进的电液遥控控制系统。分析了支架的结构及控制特点,重点介绍了电液控制系统的原理、组成及特点。
ZZ7200/18/36 shield support in triangle areas is used to support the triangle area in the end of Shendong fully-mechanized working face.As the support worked in severe underground operation conditions, to ensure the safety of personnel and equipments,the advanced electro-hydraulic remote control system was applied.The paper analyzed the structural characteristics and the control features of support,and laid emphasis on introducing the electro-hydraulic control system about its principle,composition and characteristics.
