Acquisition of data from hydraulic system of drill rig based on data acquisition cards

基于钻机工况,设计了一套钻机液压系统数据采集系统,该系统主要对钻机液压系统中液压油工作温度、重要点压力和液压油中的气泡这三项参数进行了采集。通过设计的上位机界面,可以实时显示各个传感器工作状态,监控钻机工作状态,便于及时发现故障。

Based on drilling conditions,a system for acquiring data from the hydraulic system of drill rig was designed,which mainly acquired important parameters of hydraulic system including hydraulic oil temperature, pressure at some important points and number of the bubble in hydraulic oil.Operation status of all sensors were real time displayed through the designed interface of master computer,thus the operation of drill rig was monitored so as to detect failure in time.
