摘要
介绍了支架搬运车的特点及应用情况,对支架搬运车的结构特点、存在问题进行了综合评述。分析并改进了传动与液压控制系统以及关键结构件的设计,解决了车辆在使用过程中U形框架易变形损坏,使用寿命短、故障率高等问题。
After introducing the characteristics and the application of support carrier,the paper summarized its structural characteristics and shortages.In addition,it analyzed and improved the design of transmission and hydraulic control system as well as the key structural components.The improvements effectively solved the problems such as easily deformation of U-frame,short lifespan and high failure rate etc.
