摘要
根据带式输送机装载断面形状,建立了物料堆积数学模型,分析了3种情形下的装载断面积,并根据物料的实际下落情况,给出了正确的断面参数。针对物料下落时的能量转化关系,给出了物料对带式输送机冲击力的计算方法,为输送机装载缓冲装置的优化设计提供了理论依据。
After the mathematical model of material accumulation being established according to the loading transection shape of belt conveyor,the loading transection in three different circumstances were analyzed,and the proper transection parameters were offered according to the actual falling status of materials.Moreover, according to the energy conversion law during the material falling,the method of computing the impact force of material to the belt conveyor was offered.The study provides theoretical basis for the optimization design of cushioning device used for loading of belt conveyor.
