湿式搅拌磨的研磨介质直径对粉碎粒径影响的研究

Research on influence of diameter of grinding medium on size of ground particle in wet stirred mill

摘要 提出粉碎速度与研磨介质直径的预测模型,得出了最适宜的研磨介质直径表达式,试验表明了粉碎速度与研磨介质直径的关系,研磨介质直径与能量效率的关系,证实了研磨介质直径对粉碎效果的影响。 The forecast model of pulverizing speed and diameter of grinding medium was proposed,and the optimal expression for diameter of grinding medium was obtained.The experiment showed the relationship between the pulverizing speed and the diameter of grinding medium as well as the relationship between the diameter of grinding medium and the energy efficiency.Meanwhile,it confirmed the influence of diameter of grinding medium on pulverizing effect.
