摘要
以φ5.6 m立式粉磨机为研究对象,建立摇臂、磨辊及机身立柱的力学模型,通过计算得到其所承受栽荷,采用UGNX软件对机身立柱进行三维建模。运用ANSYS WorkBench软件对机身立柱进行有限元分析,减少了机身立柱的局部应力和变形。该研究对立磨的设计及改造有一定的参考价值。
Taking 05.6m vertical mill as research object,the mechanical model of rocker arm,roller and mill pillar were separately established,and 3D modeling of mill pillar was carried out by software UGNX with the computed loading of pillar.In addition,FMA of pillar was performed by software ANSYS WorkBench,which effectively reduced the local stress and deformation of pillar.The study possesses some references for the design and transformation of the vertical mill.
